Account data is retained while your account is active. Live session data is anonymised within 30 days. Chat messages are kept for 12 months. You may request complete deletion at any time.

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile > Settings > Delete my account. Deletion permanently erases your profile, preferences, messages and all associated data. You may also write to contact.roarzone@gmail.com; we process requests within 30 days.
Your data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secure servers. We apply the principle of data minimisation.
RoarZone is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with data, contact us at contact.roarzone@gmail.com.
Some of our processors are based outside the EU. Transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
RoarZone uses Google Analytics 4 with IP address anonymisation. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.
